If, within five busniess days after receipt of item, time & again, inc. Receives notice from the buyer of any item, that the item, in their opinion, is not as represented and satisfies tiem & again, inc. With proof, time & again, inc. Will rescind the sale and refund to the buyer any monies paid with respect to the lot.
Time & again, inc. Must have the lot in its possession, and in the same condition that it was sold, no later than seven business days from the date of auction. Some lots may carry reserves, or minimum selling prices. This is a confidential figure set by the consignor and time & again, inc. Beolw which a lot will not sell. Time & again, inc. Will exercise all reserve bids. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer is teh purchaser. In the event of a dispute, the decision of the auctioneer is the sole and final remedy. To the fullest extent permissible by law, and the names of offenders will be announced to the public and to other auction firms. Items sold via the internet will be subject to a 22.5% buyers premium.
